How to Read Your Japanese Health Checkup Results

Japanese health checkups (ningen dock or tokutei kenshin) include around 14 common measurements such as BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol, and liver enzymes. This page shows the Japanese and English names for each item and lets you check your results against Japan's official reference ranges.

This tool is provided for general health information purposes only and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please do not draw conclusions about a disease from a single checkup value — consult a doctor for an overall assessment.
